The Rights Protecting Center of Marriage and Succession was advocated and established by Lu Mingsheng, who is a council member of the Marriage and Family Law Society of the China Law Institute, and a commissioner of the Marriage and Family Committee of the Beijing Lawyer Association.
The center is supported by the Marriage and Family Law Society of the China Law Institute and the Beijing Yingke Law Firm.
The purpose of the Rights Protecting Center of Marriage and Succession is to advertise correct views about marriage and family, and to protect the legal rights and interests of the parties concerned.
